RETURNS POLICY

All communications regarding Returns, Shortages, Damages and Cancellations have to be made via email to: info@spnayar.co.uk

If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order that you have placed, then you must provide written notification to us within 7 days from the day the order was placed.

a) if you cancel your order before it has been dispatched then you shall be refunded the total value of goods and the delivery charges.

b) if you cancel your order after it has been dispatched then you must return the goods within 14 days from when the order was placed undamaged and in the original packaging, this will be at your own cost. We will not cover the costs for returning the item nor will we refund the original delivery costs.

Once we receive the returned items and are fully satisfied that they have been returned back to us undamaged and in their original condition, we will refund the balance of monies to you account.

There will be an administration fee of 20% on all returns which are genuinely non faulty goods.

In the event of you wishing to return damaged or faulty goods, you must firstly provide written notification to us within 7 days from the day the order was received.

You will be responsible for all the costs associated with returning the goods to us. Once the goods are returned to us, we will inspect them to determine if any liability can be accepted. A decision will be made as to a refund of the faulty or damaged goods and will be communicated to you within 7 days of us inspecting the goods. If a refund is to be made then we will transfer the money back to the same account you used to purchase the goods within 14 days from the date of the above communication.

We will not accept any goods that have already been sold on and returned to yourself.

Goods will not be accepted back after 14 days of delivery.

Please be aware that we will not be responsible for any further delivery costs incurred by you, and are unable to refund or credit items which in our opinion are, either not faulty, have been worn, washed or have been deliberately damaged.
