If for any reason you are unable to visit our warehouse in Manchester we have a fast and efficient delivery service provided by UPS carriers. Once your order has been placed you will then be contacted by a member of our staff by telephone or email to confirm stock availability, delivery schedule, total cost and the payment procedure to complete your order. There is a minimum spend of £75.00 per order.
We will endeavour to dispatch your delivery within 24 to 48 hours of your payment being received. Goods will only be dispatched when cleared funds are in place. During our very busy periods there may be a longer interval between orders being dispatched but this will be communicated to the customer at time of payment. Following dispatch, your order will be subject to a next day delivery service with UPS carriers (delivery between 8am and 6pm). UPS will send you a text message where the customers’ mobile numbers have been provided to state time of delivery.
Our packing department will always try to keep your postage and packing charges to a minimum. When signing for your delivery please make sure that the cartons are intact and fully sealed. Any shortages or damage must be made clear and signed for on the carriers documents at the time of receiving your goods.

NB: Couriers have advised of high numbers of employees/drivers in self isolation, meaning we are unable to guarantee next day delivery at this time but aim to deliver as soon as possible.
Due to increased fuel costs we have to increase our transport costs 0.50p per carton.
Carriage will be charged at £8.75 + vat per carton weighing approx 20/25 kgs. Please note that there will be an additional charge of £2.50 per delivery to any residential address. The amount for the carriage will be added when your final invoice is created. Delivery can only be made to Mainland UK at our standard charge. Please note that deliveries to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Highlands and Isles of Scotland. Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, and Europe will incur an extra charge. Customers in these areas will be advised of the delivery charges. Deliveries to destinations outside mainland UK are not included as part of our next day delivery service. Customers are welcome to arrange their own Carrier/Transport. Please mention this at time of payment.
DISPATCH OF ORDERS
We will aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours Monday to Friday. Following this they will be subject to a next day delivery service via UPS carriers. When your orders is processed and is ready to be invoiced, it is then re checked by a different members of the staff to eliminate and minimize any mistakes. Invoice for the goods will be placed in the carton.
We aim to process all orders within 24 to 48 hours Monday to Friday When you are fully satisfied and happy to proceed with your order details and the funds have been cleared your order will be dispatched to you with UPS carriers via our bar-coded and tracked for next day delivery service.
We take every step to keep your personal details safe and secure and we operate a strict policy to destroy your personal details immediately following the processing of your order for payment.
We would like to assure all customers that payments for goods will only be taken when your order is either complete or stock availability is confirmed and your order is ready for dispatch.
Please note payments made by BACS from outside the UK will incur a £6.00 bank charge, which will be added to your invoice. Customers based outside the United Kingdom are exempt from paying the UK vat. We therefore advise that in order to expedite the process of your order you notify us with the full details of your valid vat number along with your registered vat address.

Following the placing of an online order we will endeavour to hold the items (subject to their availability) for a maximum period of 48 hours during which time we shall contact you during our opening hours by either telephone or email on up to two occasions only to confirm availability of your order and to process payment. If we do not receive your verbal or written instructions together with full payment of your order within two hour of us contacting you a second time either by telephone or email then your order will be cancelled. We will only agree to hold your online order for a period exceeding 48 hours, prior to commencing despatch, if you have specifically requested this via telephone or email and only once the funds relating to the full order have cleared.
